Where Project Summit is going
The next generation of flooring business software, built for today's flooring dealer.
Project Summit is our codename for the cloud-native lead-to-ledger platform we're building for Cyncly Flooring ERP customers, whether you're on RFMS, Pacific Solutions, or Roll Master today. This page is a window into what we're working on now, what's just over the horizon, and where we're headed beyond that. It's updated as the work progresses.
i
This is our current thinking. Specifics, sequencing, and timing will shift as we learn from dealers like you. Treat dates as directional. In October 2026, we'll welcome our very first RFMS dealers in the small retail residential market, with general availability planned for January 2027. Pacific Solutions and Roll Master dealers follow in H1 2027. You don't need to move until you're ready.
This page is for you if
You're a small residential retail flooring dealer on RFMS, Pacific Solutions, or Roll Master.
Single-store or a few locations, primarily residential retail. Project Summit is being built for your workflows first. RFMS dealers will be the first to move in October 2026, with Pacific Solutions and Roll Master dealers following in H1 2027. You'll choose when to upgrade.
Not yet, but coming
Mid-market, commercial, multi-family, or enterprise.
Project Summit will grow to support more complex operations, but the first releases are focused on small residential retail. Your timeline is further out, and we'll share specifics as they firm up.
The big picture
Cyncly Flooring ERP customers can begin moving to Project Summit.
In October, we'll welcome our very first RFMS dealers in the small retail residential market, working closely with us to make sure it's right. General availability for RFMS dealers is planned for January 2027, with Pacific Solutions and Roll Master dealers following in 2027. And the most important thing: you'll never be pushed. You move when you're absolutely ready, on your timeline, not ours.
Our commitment
No forced migrations. No deadlines.
We will continue to support you on RFMS, Pacific Solutions, or Roll Master. You'll choose when to upgrade to Summit, on your timeline, not ours.

Your transition
We're building the bridge, not just the destination.
In July 2026, our first new dealers go live on Project Summit. By October, when early access opens for existing RFMS customers, we'll have not only more capability but also the migration tooling to support your move. Work is already underway to ensure that your complete historical and work-in-progress transactional data transfers over to the new application. We want this to be as seamless a transition as possible.
We're also working closely with our implementation and support teams to make sure you're supported during this transition, with the tools, resources, and training needed to set you up for success. All of this is in flight now. We'll share more details here as they come together.

What's in the sandbox now
Built · ready to explore
These are the parts of Project Summit that are far enough along to click through in our hosted demo environment. They're alpha, not your data, and not a finished product, but they're real. The fastest way to understand where we're going is to see this for yourself.
Lead & project management
One workspace for the entire customer journey.
A unified home for leads, projects, and the conversations that go with them. Salespeople, measurers, and office staff working from the same record, with full history visible to whoever picks up next.
Lead intake from web, phone, walk-in, and referral
Projects that follow the customer from first call to final invoice
Email and text messaging logged on the project record
Appointments for design consults and in-home measurement
Sell workflow: proposals, sales orders & payments
From quote to signed and paid, in one flow.
Build a proposal, share it with the customer, collect a signature and a deposit, and convert it directly into a sales order. The handoff that costs dealers the most time, removed.
Customer-facing proposals with clear pricing and scope
One-click conversion from accepted proposal to sales order
Cash or check payments on the order
Real-time visibility into paid, partial, and outstanding balances
Catalog management
A clean catalog you can actually maintain.
A dealer-curated product and services catalog with accurate pricing, costs, and labor rates. Built so quotes are right the first time and updates don't require an act of will.
Manual entry and bulk import for products and services
Pricing and costs tied to every product and service record
Labor and install rates managed alongside materials
Internal collaboration
Conversations stay with the work.
Comments, mentions, lightweight tasks, and appointment tracking tied directly to projects, proposals, and orders. Less hunting through email threads and group chats to figure out what was decided or who's going where.
Inline comments and @mentions on the records that matter
Internal tasks assigned to teammates with status tracking
Appointment tracking and assignments for measures, installs, and follow-ups
Notifications that surface what actually needs your attention

What's coming next
Completing the lead-to-ledger picture
Between now and general availability, the back half of the lead-to-ledger picture comes together. These are the capabilities that complete the workflow from first lead to final payment.
Procurement & accounts payable
Buy what you need, pay what you owe, see what you have.
Purchase orders, vendor management, and AP workflows designed for the way flooring inventory actually moves. Less time chasing receipts and three-way matches, more visibility into what's owed and what's on the way.
POs tied directly to projects and orders
Cleaner receiving, returns, and exception handling
Vendor bills and payments without the spreadsheet detour
Scheduling & provider management
Crews, calendars, and capacity, all in one view.
Scheduling installers and subcontractors against real availability, with clear communication to the field. Built so dispatch isn't a daily fire drill, and so installers know exactly what's expected before they pull up.
Visual scheduling tied to job requirements
Provider profiles, certifications, and pay rates in one place
Field communication and confirmations baked in
Financial management & reporting
Close the books faster, see the business clearly.
Native general ledger, cleaner accounting integration, and reports built for the questions dealers actually ask. Designed to make month-end something you finish, not survive.
Real-time financial visibility across stores and projects
Smoother accounting integration with less manual reconciliation
Reports you can run yourself, in the format you need
DesignFlex (2020) & Measure Mobile
Field measurements and designs that flow straight into the proposal.
In-home measurement with Measure Mobile, room visualization and product selection with DesignFlex (2020), all feeding directly into the quote. Designs and item lists from DesignFlex appear in Summit. No re-entry, no rounding errors between the field and the office.
Measure Mobile connected to live catalog and pricing
DesignFlex (2020) designs and item lists surfaced in Summit
Room drawings that travel with the project
Estimates that update as scope changes
Integrated payments
Every way your customers want to pay.
An integrated payments workflow that goes beyond cash and check to support the payment methods dealers and their customers actually need. Built into the order, not bolted on.
Credit card and ACH payments on the order
Financing options for customers
All payment activity visible on one record

Looking beyond
Directional · no dates
Beyond what's in the sandbox today and the early access milestones ahead, these are the bets we're shaping with dealer input. They're early. Some will become real, some will change shape, and we'll be honest with you about which is which.
Support for more complex operations
Expanding Project Summit to handle the workflows of large commercial, multi-family, builders, and larger retailers, with the controls, scale, and complexity those operations demand.
AI tools built for flooring work
Practical AI inside the workflows where it actually helps, like draft proposals from a measure, smarter product matches, and faster answers to the questions dealers ask their software every day.
Automations that remove busywork
Letting Project Summit handle the repetitive handoffs and reminders that eat up a salesperson's or office manager's day, so people can spend their time on the work that actually moves the business.
Business intelligence and insights
Putting the patterns hiding in your sales, inventory, and customer history to work, surfaced inside the workflows where they actually help dealers make better decisions.
Expansion to new geographies
Bringing Project Summit to flooring dealers in Australasia, the UK, and Europe, with the localization, compliance, and partnerships each market requires to feel native, not translated.
